Who we are

At Mission Frame.work, we specialize in empowering small, volunteer-run nonprofits to build solid foundations that amplify their community impact. Founder David Stansel-Garner brings over two decades of experience in operations, marketing, and publishing to help organizations streamline their operations, engage their audiences, and create sustainable growth strategies.

David’s passion for mission-driven work is deeply rooted in his diverse professional and personal experiences. He served as the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce's marketing and events coordinator, where he successfully managed signature events, crafted engaging marketing campaigns, and fostered connections among local businesses. Today, he continues to support the Chamber as its Website Manager and Graphic Designer, ensuring its digital presence and branding reflect its mission.

His nonprofit leadership includes co-founding Connective Strength, an organization that supports individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and the medical professionals who help them. He also played a pivotal role in transitioning the Verne & Wells Society from a for-profit business into a nonprofit run by the community it serves.

In addition, David is helping to revitalize Rollstone Congregational Church, a historic institution founded in 1868, by modernizing its framework to serve its congregation and community better. His ability to blend respect for tradition with innovative strategies exemplifies his approach to empowering mission-driven organizations.

David’s hands-on expertise and collaborative style make Mission Frame.work a trusted partner for nonprofits seeking to grow, adapt, and create lasting impact.
